About Jamie

Jamie has been riding and showing hunter horses since the age of 8. She started riding in 4-H shows and worked her way up to "A" rated shows. Jamie continued to ride and show on her mothers farm (Cornerbrook Farm) where she began breaking horses and learning the in's and out's of horse boarding from her mother Jody Boger. After graduating from Cedar Crest Jamie attended Wilson College and competed on their equestrian team. She later transferred to Lebanon Valley College and got a degree in teaching. In 2007 Jamie purchased a 13 acre farm located on Mt. Zion Rd. in Lebanon. After purchasing the farm Jamie and her father began work on turning it into a small family boarding facility.  Jamie's dream was to be able to board her horses and begin rescuing the animals she loved so much. Her first rescue was a TB gelding (2nd Chance) and a 1 year old Saddlebred. Both of these horses were purchased directly from a kill buyer at New Holland, Pa.  Many others were to be sent to slaughter before Jamie stepped in. Jamie also works with rescue agencies such has Turning For Home and New Vocations. There is a total 13 rescues on the farm with new loving owners.  Today, Jamie is a teacher at Cedar Crest, teaches riding lessons, and runs the farm. Jamie welcomes you to her farm.
