Chambourcin Spring Farm currently has 2 barns, 5 large pastures, 2 paddocks, and 3 small paddocks that are stonedusted for inclement weather turnout.
The barns are referred to as the upper and lower barns. The upper barn is made up of 14 stalls with a stone dust paddock attached. The lower barn has 4 stalls with a stonedust paddock attached. Each stall has 1/2" rubber matting and is bedded with wood shavings. All the stalls have a half door so horse can look out at all times.
There are two tack rooms available. A small tack room where lesson horses saddles and bridles are kept and a large tack room above the lower barn where blankets, trunks, and any other belongings can be stored. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and a small heater in the large tack room. Both tack rooms are locked.
The pasture board field has and 10x20 run-in shed with a stonedusted paddock attached. The run in has rubber mats and an additional shed used for feed and tack.
The pony pasture is located around the pond with 2 run-ins.
Evergreen fencing has completed all the fencing on the farm. Two of the pastures have 4-board wooden fence with electric run on the top and middle of the fence. The other pastures are coated wire with electric.
There is a wash area by the lower barn.
*Coming summer of 2017- A second wash stall with hot water will be added to the main barn.*
